Our Subscription program is designed to ensure you never run out of bubbles and allows you to order both CO2 refills and your favorite flavors on an automatic recurring basis and save on deliveries.
When signing up for the Subscription service at Sodastream.com, you will pay the price of the CO2 & Flavors (when added) plus taxes and shipping (if applicable). You will receive a prepaid return label together with your order to return the empties.
CO2 Subscription
- Choose the cylinder type: Quick Connect or Screw-In
- Choose the cylinder quantity for each delivery: 2-4
- Choose the delivery frequency: Every 1 to 6 months.
- Click continue.

- The frequency remains the same as for the original CO2 subscription.
- Click add flavors to reach the subscription summary and confirm your selections.

There are 3 easy steps to return your empty cylinders:
- We'll send you full cylinder(s) and include a prepaid USPS label with your order. Make sure to remove the label from the box and record the tracking number on the label for your records.
- You can also download the return label from ‘My Account’ if needed.
- Place your empty cylinders (including the cylinder caps) in the same box in which you received your new cylinders and affix the label to the box.
- Drop the package in the mailbox or at a local post office. You can also schedule a free USPS pick-up (if applicable to your location). The shipping is on us. Please don’t wait too long to send back your used cylinders.**
You have several features to help you manage and update your subscription***:

'Get it Sooner' - This feature allows you to accelerate the processing of your upcoming shipment. Should you require your items earlier than your usual delivery date, this functionality guarantees that your next shipment will be processed within 24 hours, while aligning subsequent shipments with your chosen subscription frequency. You can use 'Get it Sooner' anytime, even if you skipped a shipment before.
Follow these steps:- Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page.
- Select the 'update' option under the ‘Next Shipment’ section.
- Select “Get it Sooner”
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up.
- You will receive an email confirmation of the update.

'Skip This Delivery' – This feature allows you to skip your next shipment (keeping subscription frequency).

'Change Delivery Date' - This feature allows you to choose a different date for your next order, giving you more flexibility to get your shipment when it fits your schedule best. You can use this anytime, even if you've skipped a shipment before (all future shipments will be adjusted accordingly).
Follow these steps:- Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page.
- Select the 'update' option under the ‘Next Shipment’ section.
- Use the calendar to choose a new date for your next shipment to be processed. All future shipments will be adjusted to this new schedule. Selection is available for up to 6 months in advance.
- Confirm your selection.
- You will receive an email confirmation of the update.

'Edit products in next shipment' - This feature allows you to edit your flavor selection or your CO2 refills (Quantity and Type) in your next shipment.

'Edit Subscription' - This section allows you to modify your entire Subscription as follows:

Change Shipping Frequency - You can change the frequency for each product group (CO2 refills and flavors). For your main* product category, you can select a frequency from 1-6 months, and for the second product category you can choose between every shipment / every second shipment, according to the main frequency.
* The main product category in your subscription: On Mobile - first product presented, On Desktop - presented on the left. - Edit CO2 Refills - You can change cylinder type (only relevant if you upgraded your sparkling water maker to one that is compatible with the Quick Connect cylinder), and quantity. You can select up to 4 cylinders (when you select 4 cylinders, it unlocks additional $8 discount).
- Edit Flavor Selection - You can change flavor quantity, remove flavors, or add new ones.

Add or Remove Flavors Group - You can choose to easily remove or add back the Flavors group in your subscription.
Click on "save changes" button after making any modification, and it will apply on your subscription starting your next shipment. -
Manage CO2 Returns - review all CO2 cylinder returns details (at the bottom of your subscription account page):
- Returned quantity
- Return status
- Return date
- Print return label (if not available - contact customer support)
- Edit Shipping address

When you complete any action, you will see a confirmation message on-screen, and a confirmation email with the change will be sent.

An email will be sent once the order is created. In case of a flavor out-of-stock, a partial order will be dispatched. The shipping and discount conditions of the original order will be kept.
If everything in the order is out of stock - the shipment will be skipped.
**Sparkle Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. The return timeframe will be based on the shipment frequency plus 30 days. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within this timeframe, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinder(s) is damaged, we will have to charge you an additional $15 (plus tax) for each unreturned cylinder.
