I have lost my original cylinder box. What can I do?

You can use any other box as long as your used CO2 cylinders are packed securely.

Remember to attach your return label to the box. In case you lose your return label, you may request a new one through “My Account”:

  1. Click on 'My Account' and sign in.
  2. Click on 'Exchange' on the Left side bar.
  3. Please Note - Return Labels are only available to print for 60 days PAST your due date.
    • If a 'Return Label' is available to print - You will see the 'download' button on the Right side next to the relevant order.
    • If a 'Return Label' is NOT available to print - Please contact the support team for further assistance via email or phone at 800-763-2258.
