If it is only one time, you can call customer care and ask us to delay your missing cylinders charges for a few weeks, or use the 'Reschedule Next Shipment' feature to choose a different date for your next order, giving you more flexibility to get your shipment when it fits your schedule best. You can use 'Reschedule Next Shipment' anytime, even if you've skipped a shipment before.
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page.
- Select the 'Reschedule Next Shipment' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu.
- Use the calendar to choose a new date for your next shipment to be processed. All future shipments will adjust to this new schedule. Selection is available up to 6 months in advance.
- Confirm your selection.
- You will receive an email confirmation of the update.
Another option, In order to avoid this situation in the future, is to access the 'My Account' section and change the frequency of your subscription to better match your CO2 usage.
