We back our bubbles! We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days on Sodastream.com for the actual purchase price.
Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send instructions on how to return.
Upon return, the refund will be made on the original payment method. If you have paid by card, the refund will be made on the same card.
- Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging.
- Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.

- Valid on www.sodastream.com purchases only.
- Sodastream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or CODs will not be accepted.
- Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.
