We back our bubbles! We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days on SodaStream.com for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.

- SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or CODs will not be accepted.
- Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.
