When you place an online exchange order, we require you to return an empty cylinder for each refill ordered. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within 60 days from the date your refill order was shipped, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, there is an additional $15 charge (plus tax) for each unreturned cylinder - Fully refundable upon return of the empty cylinders.
