Where can I find the shipping label to exchange my cylinder(s)?

You’ll receive a USPS pre-paid return label in the box with your cylinder order.

Can't find your label? Follow these instructions and you'll be able to print your return label from the 'My Account' section of the website:

1. Click on 'My Account' and sign in.
2. Click on 'Exchange' on the Left side bar.
3. Please Note - Return Labels are only available to print for 60 days PAST your due date.
   • If a 'Return Label' is available to print - You will see the 'download' button on the Right side next to the relevant order.
   • If a 'Return Label' is NOT available to print - Please contact the support team for further assistance via email or phone at 800-763-2258.
