If you are no longer going to use your Sodastream, or you would like to return extra empty cylinder without exchanging for a full one, you can return them to one of your local retailers (without exchanging it for a full cylinder). There is no deposit to return as there is no deposit when a cylinder is purchased. However, if you want to return an empty carbonating cylinder without getting a full one in return, you are entitled to a return fee of $2.00 per cylinder:
- Return your cylinder(s) to one of your local retailers (without exchanging it for a full cylinder) - the cylinder can be empty or full.
- If you are not reimbursed by the retailer, contact our customer care to send you a prepaid shipping label to return the cylinder(s).
- Sodastream will issue you a check for $2 per cylinder.
