When you have carbonation issues, first - check if the cylinder is low on CO2:

No carbonation – Possible when CO2 Cylinder is empty or not properly installed.
- Check CO2 Level Indicator. If low, replace the CO2 Cylinder.
- Ensure the cylinder is securely connected

Weak carbonation – Possible when (1) Low CO2 level, (2) warm water, or (3) incorrect carbonation setting.
- Replace the CO2 Cylinder if the CO2 Level Indicator shows low.
- Add cold water to the Water Tank (or some ice cubes)
- Ensure carbonation level is set to the desired level.
