Yes, if you have a CO2 Cylinder Refill subscription or a Subscribe & Save subscription, you can extend the return date for your CO2 cylinders by 30 days per order.
Each order is eligible for one manual 30-day extension, in addition to any automatic extension you may receive when postponing your next scheduled shipment.
Once the extension has been applied, you won't be able to extend the same order again through your account. If you need additional time, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
To apply a manual extension, sign in to your Sodastream My Account and view your Order History. Locate the order you wish to extend and click on the Extend Return feature. Once the extension is applied, you'll see a confirmation message showing the number of days your return period has been extended.
Note: The extension option is available only if the return status is pending.
